Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final. The 30-day period begins the moment you complete your purchase, not when you download the files.
What's Refundable
FlowState AI is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. If you paid via credit card, the refund goes back to that card. If you paid via PayPal, it goes back to PayPal. Processing time is typically 5-7 business days, though your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
What You Keep
Even after a refund, you retain access to the downloaded framework files. These are markdown documents and configuration files that cannot be "taken back." We will not pursue legal action for continued use of refunded materials, though we'd obviously prefer you found value in them.
Multiple Purchases
If you purchased multiple editions or made separate transactions, each purchase has its own 30-day refund window. You can request refunds for individual purchases without affecting others.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company without first requesting a refund through us, your access to future FlowState updates, support, and products will be permanently revoked. We honor refund requests gladly; we do not honor chargebacks that bypass our refund policy.
Abuse Prevention
While we offer hassle-free refunds, we do track patterns. If you repeatedly purchase and refund products (more than 2 times within a 12-month period), we reserve the right to decline future purchases or refund requests. This policy exists to prevent bad actors, not to penalize legitimate customers.
Geographic Restrictions
This refund policy applies globally to all customers regardless of location. However, if your local laws provide additional consumer protections beyond this policy, those laws supersede our terms.
